Mission Statement
Built on a foundation of faith and integrity, Sharing Ministries helps women (and their school-age students to baby boomers) from all walks of life develop character, clarity, and courage by offering spiritual guidance, educational resources, business connections, and moral support.
Vision Statement
Who does Sharing Ministries serve?
Sharing Ministries serves those who desire more – more clarity, confidence, and courage to fulfill their purpose. Whether you are a young person trying to find your voice, an adult seeking a new direction, or an organization committed to making an impact, Sharing Ministries provides guidance, resources, support, and real transformation from the inside out. We help people build confidence so they can lead, live, and show up fully in every area of life.
Sharing Ministries serves individuals, students, and organizations who are ready to do the deep inner work of building real, lasting confidence. From young people navigating identity and purpose to adults seeking personal transformation, and from helping professionals to schools and community organizations, Sharing Ministries meets people where they are and walks alongside them toward where they are meant to be.
Faith-Based Foundation
Faith is not a footnote at Sharing Ministries. It is the foundation. Everything we do is rooted in the belief that every person is created with purpose, gifted with unique talents, and worthy of a life lived fully and intentionally. That belief drives our programs, our resources, and every conversation we have.
The Purpose Behind the Ministry
Sharing Ministries was born of a simple yet powerful conviction: when people know their worth, everything changes. Families grow stronger. Communities rise. Leaders emerge. And the ripple effect of one person stepping into their confidence extends far beyond what they can see.
Community Impact
From classrooms to conference stages, from one-on-one mentoring sessions to organizational training programs, Sharing Ministries is committed to leaving every community it touches better than it found it.
About Rev. Daria Dillard Stone
The story behind the ministry, the message, and the mission.
Rev. Daria Dillard Stone is the Founding CEO of Sharing Ministries and creator of the S.T.A.R. Program — a transformational confidence-building course now serving individuals, students, and organizations across the country.
With over 35 years of service, Daria has built a career at the intersection of ministry, education, and personal development. She is an ordained minister, award-winning author, and international motivational speaker whose messages have moved audiences from local communities to stages worldwide. As a certified Family Development Specialist, Parent Engagement Liaison, and Educational Parent Advocate Consultant, Grassroots Organizer, and Community Mother, she brings a rare combination of professional expertise, academic grounding, and lived experience to everything she does.
Her tagline says it simply: Because I care, I share.
Daria’s journey to becoming a voice for confidence and purpose was not a straight line. She has walked through depression, divorce, death, and defeat, and each time chose to get back up. Not because it was easy, but because she believed her story, yes, her journey, was not finished and that her pain had a purpose. It was grief that catalyzed Sharing Ministries birthed in 2010 during Labor Day Weekend, for it is truly a labor of Love. When her husband James Todd Abert Stone Sr died in 2007, she had to decide to never give up after he told her on his deathbed, “Baby, don’t you die with me.” It was out of that conviction that Sharing Ministries was born. However, sharing a simple moment at PACE (Parents Advancing Choice in Education from 2000 to 2014), watching teachers, parents, and students walk in feeling overwhelmed with little belief in themselves, the S.T.A.R. Program came to life. What started as a word of encouragement became a framework, a program, and a movement that continues to grow today.
